At times tonight the Cats gave the fans a little excitement and If they had played the whole game with the enthusiasm shown the last 5 minutes it would have been a blowout for Lawrence county. # 81 for LCHS had a great TD catch in the first half but could not connect on several other passes after that( If you can touch them you should catch them! ) I do not know who the kicking coach is but he needs to get in gear ! Defense got some great turnovers tonight but at times Columbia WRs seemed totally uncovered. The Garland kid made a great catch with 40 seconds left and very nearly got his feet going for what would have been a late TD.
LCHS had the better band and the 25yard pass and catch by the two girl students at halftime was cool ( they won $50.00 in food from Wendy's).
LCHS needs a 10 yard play....
The Cats booster club should be ashamed of the concession stand ! I know at one time I saw 50 people in line and 2 people trying to serve them... It never ceases to amaze me how many folks cant run a simple concession stand... The restrooms were pitiful and just plain nasty.
Six bucks is too much to charge in this economy...

Some people just look for stuff to complain about. If 6$ is too much to pay stay at home where the toilet is still probably nasty, your wife won't serve you either, and you can listen to the game and gripe about our team to yourself!!! Sometimes you just don't know whether to bless people or slap them.

The concession stand is run by the Band booster club. They usually do a good job, maybe first game of the year problems. Give them another chance at the Loretto game.

Just how big a boy are ye? heee heee heee... Boy you came back with something good. Macho bullcrap and cussing the concession stand. I no longer have to plead my case, you did it for me. Do us all a favor and take your six bucks to Ponderosa.

I am very willing to give the Band Boosters a chance to clear up the concession area and restrooms.
ok iam4jesus - I must assume that you either a band booster or a football coach. If you are a coach work on the kicking a little more. If you are a band booster put a little more thinking into it and all should be well. But if you think the consessions and restrooms are ok you are loopy.( heee heee )

My name is Tony Lill and I am the president of the band boosters. Yes we had a problem at halftime at the concession stand. A couple of parents left to watch their kids perform at halftime and should not have. Normally we have enough staff to handle the concessions, but this time we were overwhelmed.
As for the washrooms, they are maintained by the school and not the band boosters. It is just our misfortune that it is attached to our concession stand, so if there is a problem, they point the finger at us.

You are right, that was me a few years ago trying to get the city commissioners to see the light and look ahead, instead of staying the course that was not working. I am hoping to go a little further this next election year.

Davy, your what i like to call an IDIOT. I'm not in the band, I'm not even in school. I have kids in school elementary school. Once again you bring out the macho stuff picking on what you thought was a band kid. Mommy must not have hugged you enough or daddy must have slapped you one too many times because you got some serious macho ego problems. I was an accomplished athlete, I'm guessing you were a wannabe, but I could be wrong.

By the way, I forgot to say Thanks for saying we had the better band. We are growing in size again. We had been down to under 40 kids 4 years ago and are now up to around 60. I have seen this happen at other schools when a new music director comes in, and it happened with us.
Also a note, my daughter told me today that LCHS will be on channel four news on the 25th of this month as the Cool Schools segment, and the band will be there to perform music as they do while in the stands at the games.
